Call centers can now start using Ring4 with the launch of the Desktop dialer

Ring4 has released a set of new features for Call Centers available from the Ring4 console.

The communication center includes:

- A web dialer supporting both Outbound and inbound calls.

- A shared contact list at the organization level

- Call recording which can optionaly be shared with your team

- Call transcripts powered by the Ring4 artifical intelligence

- Video conference powered by Ring4 meeting
