Creating a Ring4 account is easy and you can do it in few simple steps. There is no activation needed!

For a Business Account
If you are a business and would like to have a console to manage your team and billing you will want to sign up for a Ring4 Business account.
Follow these steps:
- Sign up using your existing Google Workspace or Microsoft business account here
- Add your team members and assign their own phone number
- Download the app and start making calls from the app or console.
Your entire team can instantly make calls and texts!
Note: You can only sign up a Business Account using your existing Google Workspace and Microsoft business account at the moment. We will implement a new registration process soon and we'll update our Help Center when it happens. You can also email us at support@ring4.com if you would like to be notified when new registration is ready.
For a Personal Account
If you would like to use Ring4 for personal use you can download the app and sign in a single user account.
1. Download the Ring4 app
2. Sign in using your existing Facebook, Google or Microsoft account (no sign up needed)*Sign in with Apple is only available for iOS users
3. You can now start adding numbers and subscription
Note: You can only sign up a Personal Account using your existing Gmail, Microsoft, Facebook and Apple ID (iOS users) at the moment.
