Looks like spam number or a number you don't want to have a conversation with? Blocking a phone number is possible with Ring4 so that you can silent these conversations.
From the mobile app go to the conversation of the phone number you would like to block and swipe left on it. A menu will appear like this one:
From here select Block and this conversation will be silenced and the phone number will be blocked. Hopefully this will help you keep a clean inbox!
