Learn how to record your Ring4 calls automatically
Call recording is an option for all Ring4 business users.
Call Recording in the Business Console
In order to enable call recording first login to your Business console.
Once logged in, go to Call recordings on the left menu and you will be able to turn on call recordings to automatically record all of your calls. You will have a toggle that you can turn on to automatically record calls.
You will also see your call transcripts on the right of all recordings.
Call Recording in the Mobile App
Recording with the mobile app is also simple. During a call, tap on the the call recording button. The recording will show in the conversation history of the Ring4 app.
