How to share or change sharing settings on call transcripts

Would you like to share your call transcripts with your team or maybe keep them to yourself?

With Ring4 you have the ability to edit your share permissions. Just go to your business console and click on Call Recordings. From here you can edit your permissions or share your call recording or transcripts with your team by selecting the three dots.
