How to turn on/off call transcriptions

Want to transcribe calls? Here's how.

Call transcripts can be very useful if you would like to be able to quickly read or copy/paste your calls to somewhere else.


In order to get access to call transcripts, you do need to be a Business user and activate call recording. To do this go to the Ring4 Business console and then Call Recordings, and make sure to activate call recording.




After a call is recorded you’ll then see an option to transcribe the call on the right side of the table. To view the transcript, just click "View".
