Add credits to make international calls.
You can make international calls as soon as you add a number, however international calls are not included in the unlimited plan. In order to make international calls, you need to follow the correct dialing format and you need to buy credits.
Here's how to add credits:
Business Accounts
To add credits in the business console go to Billing & credits and you can either manually buy credits or set an Auto-refill amount to always top off your account when it falls below your specified amount.
You can view the countries you can call, their country codes and cost/minute here.
Personal Accounts
To add credits in the Ring4 app, tap the coin icon at the top right and choose the package that you would like to purchase.
