      How to set up your voicemail greeting

      Easily record your voicemail greeting in the Ring4 app.

      Follow the steps below to record your voicemail greeting.

      1. Sign in your Ring4 app
      2. Select your number in My Numbers tab
      3. Tap on “Record voicemail greetings” and follow the voice prompt.
      4. Turn on Do Not Disturb so calls will go to voicemail

       

      You can also route calls directly to your voicemail through the Auto-attendant feature for business.
