What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Ring4 refund policy is very transparent and straightforward. In general, we refund customers for the unused service. 

 

Canceling Your Subscription:

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps here. You will be refunded for the time remaining on your subscription. After cancelling your subscription/deleting your number, email support@ring4.com to request for a refund. We will retain the number for you for a full day after which we will release the number and return it to our pool of available numbers. At that point, there is no way to get it back.

 

Unsuccessful Payment:

In the case of an unsuccessful payment, we will attempt to charge the credit card on file several times. If we are unable to charge the credit card on file, we will cancel your subscription. If your Ring4 number has expired or cancelled but is still visible in the app on the My Number screen, you may update payment information and contact us at support@ring4.com so we can collect payment and reactivate your number. If the number has disappeared, there is unfortunately no way to get it back.

 

Violation of Terms of Service:

Your account may be temporarily or permanently banned if found to have violated our Terms of Service. If you would like to appeal the decision or would like to request a refund, reach out to support@ring4.com.
