A Complete Guide to Nextiva Pricing

In this post, we cover the various aspects of the pricing and plans of Nextiva and also help you decide if it is the right fit for your organization.

Nextiva VoIP is a cloud-based business phone system that allows you to make and receive calls from any device, anywhere. If you’ve landed on this page, you’re likely considering it for your business. Is it the best choice though? In this post, we’ll explore Nextiva pricing plans, reviews, and other details to help you decide.

Nextiva Pricing Plans

Nextiva pricing is available in three tiers:

  • Essential - starting at $17.95 per user, per month
  • Professional - starting at $21.95 per user, per month
  • Enterprise - starting at $31.95 per user, per month

These prices vary based on the number of users you have, however. For example, if you have 100 or more users such as for a medium to large enterprise, and you agree to an annual plan, you’ll pay the lowest rates listed above. On the other hand, if your company is a small business of 1-4 users, your prices will go up to $23.95 for the Essential plan, and $27.95 for Professional and $37.95 for Enterprise. If you decide to pay month to month, tack on an additional $8-$10 to each plan. Again all of the Nextiva pricing is per user, per month.

What Do You Get for The Nextiva Pricing Plans?

Nextiva claims to be perfect for small businesses who want the reliability of a traditional phone line without the astronomical price tag. While the pricing still feels high to us, we were curious as to what each plan delivers. Here’s what we found out:

Nextiva Reviews - What Are Real Users Saying?

We’re still hung up on the high fees Nextiva charges for using their service, but wanted to see what real users are saying about the business phone system. A few of the reviews from GetApp and G2 that stood out to us said:

  • “Poor call quality”
  • “...asked to cancel because the software does not do what the sales staff said it did…”
  • “The sales department did not fully explain all the charges…”
  • “Setting up a new user is challenging”

Additional complaints included:

  • Difficulties logging in
  • Lengthy onboarding process
  • Horrible customer support
  • The app lags and crashes on Android systems

After looking at Nextiva pricing and reviews, you might find yourself looking for an alternative. After all, if you have a large organization, paying those large fees can add up quickly.

If you are like many business owners and can’t stomach the costs, we’d recommend Ring4 as your alternative.

Dialer-plus-mobile

Our business VoIP plans start at $8 per user, per month on our annual plan, and only go up to $9.99 per user, per month. Call us crazy, but we don’t think businesses should have to pay exorbitant fees just to have a business phone number set up. Speaking of set up, you also won’t have to spend a lot of time onboarding or installation either.

With Ring4, you download the app, and can have your business number online in less than five minutes. If that wasn’t enough, you don’t need any fancy hardware either. You just download the app to your smart device and voila! You’ve got a business phone on the device you already use everyday.

It’s never been easier to get your business line set up and start making calls. But don’t take our word for it. Start a free trial and find out why people nationwide are making the switch to Ring4. Get started now!
